12.3 If you are outside India or intending to use the certification for employment overseas, you agree to verify local recognition and validity yourself.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad (or such other city in Uttar Pradesh we specify).
13.3 Before initiating formal legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably (for example, through mediation).
